Almond butter toast with Fruit.
Ok lets face it - waking up in the morning and making an elaborate breakfast is sometimes very hard. Throw in two young kids (as in my case) and its nearly impossible!
That is why this 5 minute breakfast is perfect for those who tend to be lazy in the kitchen and yet want something nutritious and yummy in the morning (like me!).
Let's get started! What you'll need is:
Ingredients:
1. Two slices of bread.
2. One table spoon any nut butter of your choice (I used almond butter).
3. Some Fruit. I find blueberries and bananas work best (strawberries are good too!)
Method:
1. Toast your bread.
2. Smear the nut butter on to the toast
3. Add fruit on top.
And viola! A healthy, nutritious and YUMMY breakfast is ready.
